§ 2 - Purposes and legal basis
Why we process your data.
We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following
legal bases in accordance with Article 6(1) GDPR:
Responding to inquiries
Handling inquiries submitted via the contact form, e-mail or phone.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Contract performance
Provision of UXO clearance coordination services, advisory services and settlement of accounts.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Legal obligations
Issuing invoices, maintaining accounting records, and archiving accounting documentation.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation - in particular under the Polish Accounting Act and the Tax Ordinance Act).
Legitimate interest
Establishing and defending against legal claims, maintaining internal records, and ensuring the security of the website.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
§ 3 - Scope of data
What data we collect.
Depending on the purpose, we may process the following categories of data:
- first and last name, company name, job title
- e-mail address, phone number, correspondence address
- invoicing details (Tax ID (NIP), registered office address, billing details)
- the content of messages and information provided during contact
- technical data: IP address, session identifier, browser information (see § 7 and § 8)
Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to an inquiry
or to conclude and perform a contract.
§ 4 - Data recipients
Who may receive your data.
Data may only be disclosed to entities we cooperate with in order to
achieve the purposes listed in § 2:
- accounting office and tax advisors
- law firms (where necessary for defending claims or legal services)
- IT and hosting service providers supporting the website and e-mail
- banks and payment operators, for settlement purposes
- state authorities - only to the extent required by law
Each recipient is bound to the controller by an appropriate agreement
or a duty of confidentiality.
§ 5 - Retention period
How long we retain your data.
- contact inquiries - up to 12 months from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn
- data arising from a contract - for the duration of the contract and until claims become time-barred (as a general rule, 6 years)
- accounting and tax data - for the period required by law (as a general rule, 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose)
- server logs - up to 12 months
§ 6 - Data subject rights
Your rights.
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it
- the right to rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data
- the right to erasure of data (the right to be forgotten), where there is no longer a basis for its processing
- the right to restriction of processing
- the right to data portability for data provided on the basis of consent or a contract
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- the right to withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data

§ 7 - Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies.
The website nomenlogistyka.pl does not use cookies for
analytics or marketing purposes. Only technical cookies necessary for the
proper functioning of the website (e.g. maintaining a session) may be used.
You can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings
- including blocking or deleting them.
§ 8 - Server logs
Technical data.
The server hosting the website records standard logs: IP address, date and
time of the request, browser type, operating system, and the referring page
address. The logs are used solely for administrative and diagnostic purposes
and to ensure the security of the website.
§ 9 - Transfers outside the EEA
Whether data leaves the European Economic Area.
The website loads fonts from the Google Fonts service, which involves the
technical transfer of the user's IP address to Google LLC (USA). This transfer
is carried out on the basis of safeguards compliant with the GDPR (Standard
Contractual Clauses, the Data Privacy Framework).
Other than in the case described above, personal data is not transferred
outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
§ 10 - Profiling
Automated decisions.
Personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling,
that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the data subject.
§ 11 - Changes to this policy
Updates.
This policy may be updated due to changes in legislation or in the scope of
services provided. The current version is published at this address, and the
date of the last update is shown at the beginning of this document.
